What a major disappointment! The food is bad, and the service and attitude are even worse! Skip it if you're looking for anything edible or anything approaching courtesy. :-(

Living in Scarsdale and loving Moscato's, we were prepared to adore Chat's. We have gone several times. While the wait staff are 'beautiful people', and friendly, the service is hit and miss (simple drinks--like a bellini, or mojito--require an explaination of ingredients) The food is good, but not exceptional. 808 Bistro down the road is much better, as is Moscato. Chat's hasn't gotten their act together, and we won't be back.

Delicious food, casual atmosphere, young crowd, beautiful bar and a lively vibe. The menu goes from sandwiches to more formal fare. But, it all comes at a hefty price for the ambiance. This is Scarsdale Village afterall, not downtown in the East or west Village!
