Coffee Labs has great fresh-roasted coffee and amazing espresso. You'd never guess it from the laid-back atmosphere but the baristas are trained by owner and world-champion barista Mike Love.

A rare gem in Tarrytown. REAL coffee, delicious snacks and pastries, friendly owners, artsy charm .... can't lose whether you are looking for a cup of joe or some down to earth chat.

By far the best coffee I've ever had. Down-to-earth atmosphere, great staff that is very knowledgeable and fair trade coffee that's roasted on the premises. Everything is eco-friendly which is another huge plus. A place were I can relax, work and meet friends.

A real local coffeehouse with the best coffee around. Knowledgeable staff, eco consciouse, relaxed atmosphere and delicious bakery treats. Even though we aren't locals, and so don't partake on a regular basis, it's a great stop when we are in the area.

Your won't find a better or fresher brew anywhere. Owners Mike and Alicia roast their own daily on premises (you can watch and ask questions of their head roaster Doug) with beans from a group of global growers that practice earth friendly farming. Top that with pastries from Balthalzar Bakery, a dogs-are-welcome policy and you've got a warm and neighborhood gem that leaves with a good feeling. Don't miss the homemade cookies, yum.

Small micro-roaster. Very select coffees that are fair trade and eco-friendly. Staff is knowledgeable about blends and eager to please -- they even know the plantations where the coffee are grown! Enjoyable place to sit with the morning paper or laptop. Balthazar baked goods. A warm and (dog) friendly space, key hangout spot for locals. Love the coffee roaster dude! Try the Mexican Terruno Nayarita, if they have it.

For coffee in the mid-Westchester region, this is THE place! Delicious coffee and absolutely tasty chai's, you can't go wrong here. The staff is always friendly, efficient and helpful. They roast their coffee in the coffee roaster set up in the center of the shop and it's a joy to drink. The rotating art on the walls, often for sale, adds something to savor. You'll see young & old enjoying the flavors and the ambiance here. Space to relax.

I am a coffee lover and this place has absolutely the best coffee (espresso drinks, beans, etc) I have ever had anywhere. Luckily I work nearby so I can stop by often and they are now my main supplier of beans for home. The people there are also great, never any attitude, always friendly. The atmosphere reminds me of a cool Cambridge hangout with the roaster right there in the store, running most days. This is a must-visit place.

Very, very good coffee (they roast it on site almost daily). Deft barristas make beautiful espresso-based drinks in quaint mugs. They also have French pressed coffee. Very green, selling eco-friendly organic coffess with biodegradable plastic cups and reusable containers. They also have a good selection of teas. Great live music on Friday and Saturday nights. A wonderful local coffee joint for you and your dog.

for a great cup of coffee, this is the only place in Tarrytown to go. However, don't expect the most pleasant of experiences when you get there. on various occcasions, there has been a noticeable amount of tension between manager/owner and staff. that kind of energy doesn't leave a great taste in ones mouth --no matter how good the coffee is.
