I had a wonderful Irish breakfast at Eileen’s Country Kitchen this morning. My wife had the Irish Oatmeal with fruit and I had the “Traditional Irish Breakfast” with Irish bacon, sausage, blood pudding, eggs and Irish Soda bread. The setting is warm and done in a country motif. Eileen Mannion Collum is a dynamic host and proprietor.
