My friend ordered a lobster appetizer. -- tasteless -- seemed to have been frozen before serving. She exchanged for a beef carpaccio; this was definitely frozen and contained ice crystals. I am handicapped and use a walker. The restaurant is down a steep flight of stairs -- I thought public places needed entrances for the handicapped. An unpleasant experience, I have subscribed to Zagat for a number of years--previous good experiences

Celebrated a momentous anniversary the other night with ten people and the food was good and service great...Only problem was that a group of forty or fifty was seated next to us and were allowed to roam the restaurant taking pics. We couldnt even hear each other at our table! It almost ruined our celebration...Mulinos should make sure that groups that big are seated away from others! Also....they need new Bolongnese recipe..!!! Disappointing.

Our last visit on a sparse Thursday night in March was disappointing. We paid $80+ for a seafood platter that tasted frozen and the lobster was fishy (which I sent back). When the waiter didn't address the fishy lobster, kept the full price of the appetizer on the bill and didn't notice that our entrees took a very long time, it's clear that management is cutting corners with the food quality and the service. Go during Christmas only!

A staple in lower Westchester. Food is always great. The Christmas decorations are one of a kind. You can't go wrong.

Very in-the-city atmosphere heightened by an almost underground setting. Formality reigns and the food competes quite successfully with the best Italian restaurants in Manhattan

Delicious, elegant, sophisticated...but it helps if you know "the family".

Remains a special occasion spot - impeccable serving staff always make you feel like a king - or at least like Tony Soprano!
