Got off Metro North, walked up a flight of stairs and voila...there it was.......a perfect place to meet Westchester friends. Dinner was terrific. I had squash soup and calves liver & sauteed onions which didn't disappoint. Tables are spread enough so you can be with the people with whom you came without making new friends. The restaurant is attractive. Service is attentive. Perfect.

Authentic Italian -- you'd swear the backdoor opens to Rome. Very friendly, subdued, with a passionate owner and staff that knows how to take care of people.

Possibly getting a little tired, but certainly reliable and friendly.

Really noisy(tables too close together) and very hard to hold a decent conversation, but the food and service is excellent. Do not know if we will return due to the noise.

Our family and extended family LOVE to celebrate our special occasions at Moscato's. They always do it up just right for us.

Standby fine dining for Scarsdale locals. Food is quite good but menu is nothing out of the ordinary. Service a bit too formal.
