From Ambadi: "The children of Simson Kalathara, the owner of Bengal Tiger in White Plains, have struck out on their own. But they didn't go far. Matthew Simson, John Simson and Mary Simson Kalathara have opened Ambadi, a casual Indian restaurant, across the street. The restaurant, which is named for the birthplace of Krishna, is a modern take on Indian, and offers small plates of street food like Bombay chaat, samosas, tandoori and korna. The restaurant is cash only, and mostly for takeout; there are only 8 seats."
