With few exceptions, everyone agrees the dining experience is fantastic. Before booking, check the price. Blue Hill is very expensive, but the food is delicious, fresh, and nutritious; it's like experiencing a work of art. Most agree that although pricey be prepared to be amazed as even the service is impeccable. A few do not agree as they exclaim "a lot of pomp, a little protein (small portions) and an extraordinary bill". For those that can afford this restaurant, it's an experience you must try!
